Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Answering department calls and directing calls to the appropriate personal
- Greet guests and answer customer questions or concerns
- Proficient at typing and keeping up with admin data
- Data entry, proofread documents, create copies, file/distribute routine records/memos
- Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and efficient visit for each customer
- Other admin duties as assigned
