About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our customers. You will assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their homes, provide product information, and ensure a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
Based in Paddington NSW.
Key Accountabilities :
- Greet and engage with customers as they enter the showroom
- Assist customers in selecting home accessories that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information and answer any customer inquiries
- Offer design advice and recommendations to help customers create cohesive and stylish living spaces
- Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude
About You:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for interior design and home decor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
