Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proper execution of the firm's Operational Calendar and related activities by ensuring that business objectives are met.
- Develops and implements company policies and procedures, as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
- Evaluates and enhances current operational systems to reduce cycle time and create efficiency.
- Designs systems to deliver a world-class client experience and enhance profitability.
- Creates and distributes reporting that keeps the Chief Advisor informed on all key performance indicators.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the internal operations team by customizing an individualized career path for each teammate. You not only supervise, but you will coach and inspire.
- Administers Human Resources processes at the firm to include hiring, payroll management, employee benefits, and organizational insurance.
- Supports the marketing team by creating and implementing marketing efforts to existing and prospective clients. Leads Marketing Manager in executing all lead generating activities.
- Manages operational staff, pending business requirement.
Requirements
- Financial Services industry and proven leadership experience required.
- Life Insurance License required or must obtain one within the first 90 days of employment. Series 65 license preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and projects.
- Proven time management and organizational skills in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry. Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of and the ability to design and execute processes and procedures.
- Superior technological aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view and create a win-win outcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
