Rectangle Health’s Manager, Sales Operations will be a key liaison to our sales and marketing organization, helping to drive revenue by connecting prospect engagement to sales qualified opportunities. Managing the lead-to-sale process under the Digital Operations team, you’ll be directly involved in the configuration of all lead workflows, enhancing, and assigning all inbound leads, engaging with sales on lead outcomes, analyzing lead funnels for further opportunity and building basic KPI reporting to track productivity and results. Having a strong understanding of our CRM data, you’ll be responsible for enhancing our overall data quality for sales optimization.

Primary job duties:
- Monitor prospect engagement across multiple tools to drive SQLs for all sales channels.
- Lead appends and assignment for all marketing and sales generated inbound leads.
- Oversee lead acceptance, actioning and resulting SLAs on behalf of sales.
- Provide Sales channels with insights on lead and opportunity pipeline health.
- Manage lead list ingestion requests with the help of our CRM administration team.
- Assist with the configuration of lead generation and sales related work sequences.
- Partner to produce KPI reporting that drives production and overall sales performance.
- Act as a data steward, improving CRM data quality that assists with Sales conversion.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of related Sales Enablement or Operations experience
- Professional level knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Expert level Excel, Power Point and Business Intelligence skills
- Experience implementing training components.
- Strong diligence and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment.
- Highly organized and detail orientated to manage tasks across multiple responsibilities.
