Responsibilities:
- Check carrier invoices by container number/delivery notice number then line item by line item
- Compare invoice line item with inbound and outbound reporting (from SAP) as well as our cargo tracking software to ascertain back-up for charges incurred
- Keep record of invoice submission to be used and allocate, pass the verified invoices to logistic team for review, notify for any discrepancies
- Support logistic team to resolve invoice discrepancies with carriers and assist on settlement of corrections when needed
- Keep track of discrepancies, summarize the outcomes by amount and by carrier to assist logistics team to perform further analysis
- Work closely with various internal teams to identify process improvements and assist streamline
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma with 1 or 2 years work experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Detail oriented, organized, highly motivated and keen to results
- Maintain attention to detail and remain approachable whilst working under timelines
- Good communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key contacts internally and externally
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
