Purpose

The Training Content Creator will have a crucial role on our Creative team to assess, design, and develop educational training materials for our Brand Ambassadors on products and business tools at Red Aspen. They will need to ensure they develop an understanding of product launches, our audience, and the potential product information and training needs that will impact the success of the Brand Ambassadors’ business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, suggest, and build a variety of product training materials for our Brand Ambassadors that are on brand, engaging, and proves successful knowledge transfer for selling
• Understand product roadmap to assess and plan training content goals and needs
• Stay up-to-date of beauty training trends and communications within the industry in order to leverage insight for training and development needs
• Develop awareness of our audience and their training needs
• Concept, plan, and build timelines with a variety of training materials (photos, assets, videos, blogs, product pages, live in-person event training, etc.) to ensure diverse and impactful learning solutions are created for Brand Ambassador needs
• Create content for our shareable toolkits including social tool kits, content toolkits, and leadership toolkits
• Design and develop Shopify product/promotions training pages and new product pages, foreseeing potential FAQs
• Consult and collaborate with Creative team to execute on training material needs
• Ad hoc mini event strategy and training for new product category

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in developing training tools, videos, educational materials, etc.and/or experience with graphic design
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Must be able to research and plan new content ideas with a moderate amount of supervision
• Must be both willing and able to maintain high attention to detail and extremely organized
• Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Asana and Canva
• Must be both willing and able to maintain high attention to detail and extremely organized
• Ability to follow project plans and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively, within the immediate team and across the organization
• Excellent communication, writing, and content development skills
• Must have a love for tacos or sushi!

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
