Routing/Dispatch Position (Full-Time) 2nd Shift
We are looking for a New Member to join our team!
Who We Are:
We are a family owned and operated wholesale produce company located in Highland, NY. With over 30 years in business, we provide the finest restaurants, schools, businesses and institutions in the Hudson Valley with fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, meats, and other sundries. We source as often as possible from local farms and work hard to contribute to the health, wealth and sustainability of the Hudson Valley Region.
Who We Are Looking For:
A skilled routing person that is great with computers, administrative and clerical services. Routing duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all routes and invoices.
Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to:
- Analyzing Information
- Dealing with Complexity
- Data Entry Skills
- Critical Thinking
- Thoroughness
- Routing Pick Tickets for Pickers
- Checking Pallets for Accuracy
- Review Pick Tickets for Accuracy
- Making Necessary Changes to Invoices.
- Adjust Invoices According to Pick Ticket Changes.
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Experience in working with multiple tasks
- Organizational Skills.
- Experience with locations of the Hudson Valley Area is a plus.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
The schedule and hours for the positon are:
Possible Days will be (Monday - Sunday) Every Saturday and Tuesday Off
5:00pm - 12:30am (Time may vary depending on season)
