What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Brewer position at Red Bear Brewing?
Red Bear Brewing Co. is a Brewpub located in Washington DC, in the heart of NoMa. We’re a newer brewery with a focus on making great beer, but also engaging our community and creating a memorable experience every time they walk in. We have a large selection of beers made in house in addition to local wines, ciders and cocktails to provide something for everyone. Engaging events and a variety of board games available help create that cozy atmosphere where folks can commune with friends and make new ones. We also embrace responsible business practices with a commitment to sustainability, diversity, our environment, and growing relationships with local businesses and organizations. Of specific note, we are visibly and vocally in support of Black Lives Matter, issues surrounding Gay and Trans rights, as well as similar areas needing improvement in our society. We are making a significant, sustained effort to address unconscious bias in our hiring and business practices.
