As a Department Manager, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Summary of the Job:
Manages the daily clinical, financial, and quality performance and outcome of our Medical-Surgical unit at our Red Bud location. Assumes 24-hour accountability as appropriate to the service line. Contributes to and supports the hospital’s mission, strategic goals, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of and integrates the use of evidence-based outcomes for nursing practice. Integrates principles of growth and development in directing/providing care appropriate to the ages served.
