Company Description
Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will grow the sales and marketing of Red Bull North America (RBNA) in the On Premise accounts in your assigned region. You will lead a team of Musketeers (On Premise Specialists), ensuring efficient area coverage to improve the return of our investments and help us develop the brand image within the On Premise.
Job Description
AREA MANAGEMENT
Secure efficient coverage of the area with your team of Musketeers
Build relationships with key On Premise partners
Spend 4 days a week in the field with Musketeers
Manage partnership agreement payments and budgets
Analyze the region and account specific data to understand how they affect our business
Manage team to ensure On Premise account staff understand the brand and Red Bull execution standards
Ensure accounts are serviced by Musketeers to increase our sales
Ensure premium On Premise activation and High 5 execution at third-party events inside On Premise venues
Leverage global and national events in the right venues
Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment and improve dollar per case spending
Monitor market trends and maintains data on competition
BUSINESS PLANNING
Implement National and Regional Business Plans
Ensure strategies and activities are consistent with RBNA guidelines
Help develop business plan and budget for the region
EXECUTION STANDARDS
Visibility - ensure visibility is staged perfectly to increase sales
Menu listings and cooler facings - ensure our products are listed and displayed following guidelines and according to planograms
Perfect Serve - guarantee a cold Red Bull can is given to consumer when ordered as part of a cocktail or as a stand-alone beverage
Consumption Activation - sell in appropriate activation tools and communication pieces
Encourage the optimum price for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails in all managed accounts following RBNA guidelines
Qualifications
4 years sales experience
2 years of Management Experience
On premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene"
Negotiation experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
