Job Description

We are seeking Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our team of dedicated early childhood staff!

Teacher Assistant Requirements- Flexible schedule, one year minimum experience working with children in a child care setting. The perfect candidate would be very nurturing and interested in providing a fun, stimulating environment for all children enrolled in our care. Teacher Assistants report directly to the lead teacher and help them plan lessons and carry out the day to day operations of the classroom.

We are accepting applications for all classroom age groups.

This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
  • Create a fun and safe learning environment
  • Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students
  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children
  • Positive and patient demeanor

Candidates must possess:

- Prior experience in child care

- A positive attitude

- Ability to create a loving and stimulating environment for children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.25- $15.50 per hour
