Red Circle is a mid-sized full-service advertising and marketing agency with over 20 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Our core business is Native American communities and Native-owned casinos — we've worked with over 100 Native casinos in markets across the country — as well as a diverse roster of other clients. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best resources and insight they need to make their largest economical resources (casinos) be as successful as possible. This, in turn, allows the Native community to thrive.

We provide brand work from conception to execution, TV production, creative work from A to Z, digital, photography, strategy, media, direct marketing, database marketing, and more.

Located on St. Anthony Main in downtown Minneapolis, our office is open and inviting. So what do I do as a Red Circle Production Designer?

Your primary responsibility will be to produce aesthetically pleasing, technically clean, print-ready files within the budgeted time, using current versions of Adobe Creative Suite software. In this role you will collaborate with agency account service staff, senior designers, and fellow designers to generate print and online communication vehicles, including promotion identity, print advertisements, web banners (static and motion), outdoor, direct mail, and other print collateral, all within the brand guidelines established for each client.

Responsibilities:

• Produce aesthetically pleasing, technically clean, print-ready files with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Adhere to each client’s graphic standards in all marketing materials to maintain brand integrity and campaign consistency
• Be willing to perform a heavy amount of production when necessary to ensure clients’ monthly deliverables are completed
• Collaborate when appropriate with our team of 4–6 designers
• Ability to build impeccably clean, print-ready files
• Use established server organization systems and file naming conventions
• Be open and willing to learn new techniques and methods that improve quality and efficiency of design deliverables
• Flexible schedule to meet clients in different time zones
• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (preferable), advertising, communications, or relevant work experience
• 1–5 years of related experience — preferably in an advertising agency and/or casino marketing communications department
• Must submit a digital portfolio for consideration

Skills:

• Strong graphic design skills
• Solid understanding of typography
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite core design applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Solid time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to compromise and follow the direction of senior designers
• Ability to communicate with other departments within the agency
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with one day per week in the office, if local. We also invite remote applicants to apply, as we have employees from coast to coast.
• Knowledge or experience with 3D design, After Effects, web design, AI image generators, and Squarespace CMS is a plus, but not a requirement
• Casino or hospitality industry experience a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
