```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Client Coordinator, you will provide support to various departments and assist with day-to-day operations.

```Responsibilities```
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, and reports
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and gather information as needed, such as pricing, materials needed, etc.
- Collect data from technicians to then relay to clients
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Act as liaison between our clients and technicians using various web interfaces

```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience as a personal assistant or in project coordination is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
