About the job:
The Plan to Pay Program team in our Finance organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will provide support for business process improvement across the Plan to Pay values team. You will help support the global roll-out of the annual planning process and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, & Sales Incentives. You will provide methods, tools, and analysis for process management and improvement. We'll need you to contribute to the creation and documentation of future state business processes as well as the assessment and validation of current processes and gaps. You will model, design, and align processes and capabilities with an organization's strategic goals, design and implement process architectures, as well as establishing process measurement systems that align with organizational goals. You will support methods of facilitation and implementation of standardized processes across global teams.
What you will do:
- Business Process Analyst: Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements.
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
- Communicates team progress.
- Performs cost and benefit analyses.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems is preferred
- Six sigma green belt certification; Six sigma black belt certification preferred
- 7 years' experience in consultative business process design, change, and implementation
- Business acumen; familiar with annual topling & TQM planning and sales performance management
- Familiarity with capability modeling and levels
- Curious and passionate about discovering how processes work
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply skills for Business Process Diagram development and BPMN (modeling notation)
- Experience working with multiple functional areas including Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Operations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, good presentation skills Comfortable working in a global and multicultural work environment working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Lucidchart, Signavio , & Anaplan(preferred)
Salary : $94,000 - $119,000
