Red Hots Spa at the Garden City Hotel is currently Front Desk Coordinators.
This Landmark Hotel Spa is building a 5 star spa team to exceed guests expectations with a luxury spa experience. We are hiring talented, professional passionate people to join our spa team. We are seeking an experienced dependable and responsible person to help lead our team. You are the first impression of our business and are required to display a professional and friendly demeanor. Your job responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including but not limited to:
Ensure the highest levels of customer service to all spa guests
Answer all incoming calls and booking spa appointments and spa parties
Greet guests with a smile and ensure guest comfort at all times
Check out guests and sell retail products
Open & close the spa
Ensure the desk is fully stocked with supplies, ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable.
You must be proficient and comfortable working on a computer and with spa software
