General Manager
Red Lobster is a full-service event management company that specializes in weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other special events. We are a fast-paced team that works together to ensure the success of each event. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business operations. The General Manager will supervise all staff and ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship and creating a positive working environment.

- Proven work experience as a General Manager or similar role
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage employees
- Strong knowledge of business operations with emphasis on operational efficiency and customer service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business including scheduling, hiring, training, billing, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements and maintain clean and sanitary kitchen area.
- Manage inventory control procedures. Order supplies when necessary. Review orders for quality before they arrive and ensure they are delivered on time as needed.
- Manage employee scheduling procedures. Schedule employees based on job requirements and create schedules that meet employee needs. Ensure that employees are paid properly for their work. Ensure that all employment records are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee food preparation, cleaning, storage, equipment maintenance, cleaning supplies ordering, inventory control, and ordering of supplies when necessary. Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards when served at catering events or meetings. Ensure that all catered events follow the company’s menu guidelines when serving food or beverages.
Compensation: Salary Bonus
