How You Will Contribute
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting internal communications across multiple business units, including Corporate Services, HR, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Business Leaders within Red Nucleus' divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Supports communications initiatives and efforts across the organization with creative content, messaging, and program management
- Copy, edit, proof, and revise communications as requested
- Support internal communications for all Business Units across Red Nucleus
- Assists with development and maintenance of marketing materials including biographies, client testimonials and other materials; proofread and edit client-facing and internal marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing team on strategy for publication and distribution of content
- Coordination of participation in professional and industry organizations, including registration, sponsorships, logistical support such as shipping and tracking awards applications, trophies, event boxes, etc. as needed
- Manage/facilitate the rolling client award process
About You
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related business field
- Excellent United States English written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ communication coordination experience supporting a United States organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong adherence to company confidentiality policies
