Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train and supervise staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively - Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management - Knowledge of banquet operations, bartending, and coffee preparation is a plus - Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards - Proficient in inventory control techniques to minimize waste and maximize profitability We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
