Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated piano teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with kids and students of a variety of ages and abilities, extensive performing abilities on their instrument and ability to effectively communicate and teach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for ages 4 through adult
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing on their primary instrument.
- Proficiency in playing the piano is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students of all ages.
- Passion for music education and a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
