About the Role : Reporting to the BDR Manager, you'll be the Sherlock Holmes of partnership prospecting, uncovering new connections and nurturing existing ones to ensure a steady stream of business for RED RHINO.

What You'll Do : Prospect and Generate Leads : Hunt down new potential partners like a pro and bring them into the Rhino fold.

Build and Maintain Relationships : From a friendly fist bump to rock-solid bonds, you'll keep our partners happy and our revenue growing.

Strategize and Report : Lead the charge in our weekly strategy meetings, sharing insights and making moves to conquer new territory.

Partner Acquisition Rate : Hit those monthly and quarterly goals by bringing in new partners left and right. Lead Conversion Rate : Turn those leads into gold with your charm and finesse.

Revenue Growth : Watch the numbers climb as you nurture partnerships into profit. What We're Looking For : Industry Experience : Plumbing or home services background preferred.
