What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Crew position at Red Ribbon Bakeshop?
Responsible for performing jobs in assigned production section/s following prescribed standards and other related tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Perform assigned duties in the section & follow strictly the production schedule, making sure that all quality specifications and standard operating procedures are followed when operating or utilizing equipment, tools and utensils, and required materials.
· Seek training, certifications, technical competencies/expertise to operate all equipment and tools and utensils in the assigned section/s.
· Follow model and influence others to strictly comply to all company policies, workplace safety standards, food safety, supplies and inventory management, First In-First Out (FIFO), proper storage, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Housekeeping Practices or 5S, Clean As You Go (CAYGo), Cleanliness and Sanitation, Allergen, etc.
· Record production output and wastages incurred during the work shift (as assigned).
· Assist the Team Leader in training new workforce (as assigned).
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Attend required training and certification programs necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities and achievement of unit’s goals.
· Initiate coordination and communication with team members and management team to support achievement of all goals and objectives.
· Perform other job/task or production related assignments as assigned by immediate supervisor or team leader in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise resulting to support work efficiencies & productivity.
May be assigned a project related to area of
accountability.
