Product Manager We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited to develop and deliver products that transform the end user experience both inside and outside the restaurant. The ideal candidate will work closely with our business partners to define our product roadmaps and play an instrumental role in driving the day-to-day development. The ideal Product Manager is passionate about creating the best customer experience, has strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and is well-versed in developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. What you’ll do - Drive day-to-day development, maintenance, and enhancements of our products - Partner with leadership to define the product roadmap - Serve as an intermediary between business requirements and engineering, advocating for the product internally - Analyze market research, user feedback, data and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements - Report roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives - Proactively identify issues and work with internal and external partners to understand options and execute solutions - Balance multiple priorities simultaneously and flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution - Partner closely with 3rd party vendors ensuring alignment on roadmap and feature development - Understand user needs and work across departments to bring the product to life - Prioritize the backlog, clearly expressing the backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and optimize the value of the work the team performs - Facilitate and actively participate in sprint activities - Serve as the product “go-to” resource for other teams - Represent your team in communication with marketing, engineering, and product leadership. - Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing What we’re looking for - 3 years’ experience building digital, CRM and/or ERP products; Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud a plus - Experience with platforms such as Aloha Loyalty, NCR, Toast, Punchh or other comparable programs a plus - Experiencing leading or implementing a customer data platform preferred - Knowledge of product development best practices - Strong point of view, weakly held - Proven track record of shipping exceptional products - Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills - Able to work independently, coordinate multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Able to learn and navigate both functional and technical elements of our technologies - Experience integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce, or comparable CRMs - Experience in analytics and A/B testing platforms - Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies - Experience working with Agile planning tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Asana) Benefits: Annual bonus opportunity Paid time off and holidays Health, vision, dental, life insurance plans, and discounts 401(k) savings plan plus a company match with immediate vesting Eligible to participate in the employee stock purchase plan after 1 year of continuous employment Discounts on Red Robin food Red Robin is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer
