We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. 5 days a week. Shifts from 3pm-11pm
```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong guest relations abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes (preferred)
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
