We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent - Night Shift - Weekend to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all who visit our establishment. Responsibilities:

- Run night audit and manage reservation assignment accurately.

- Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor and assist with special requests or accommodations.

- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate and update next shift with ongoing or pending assigments for efficient operation and guest satisfication.

- Clean and neatly maintain office area and restrooms twice every week.

Ideal candidate requirments:

-Must be able to work night shifts and Wednesday - Sunday.

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role required

- Familiarity with hotel reservation software (redistay) and phone systems and is preferred.

- Experience with guest relations and resolving issues effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial

- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
