We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of litigation. Training is available for candidates that begin in a legal assistant role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Experience:
- 1-2 years of legal research
- 1-2 years of civil litigation experience
- Willing to work full-time
- Proficient in using billing software, such as MyCase
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
