RedBelt Inc. is a marketing firm that just recently expanded to the Gainesville area. We are looking for competitive individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. We believe in promoting from within so everyone has a fair opportunity of growing with our company. The Customer Service Associate will act as our middleman between our clients and their customers. We currently work with some of the biggest names in the telecommunications industry. We provide full, paid training so no experience is required as this is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads from new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meeting sales quotas for our company and client
- Being knowledgeable about our client's products and services
- Providing customers with the newest promotions and deals
- Traveling to various retail locations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as a team or individually
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
