Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with finding merchandise and making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Participate in promotional events and sales activities to drive revenue
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
