About the Job
As our Product Strategy Lead, you will serve as a product strategy leader in helping launch new healthcare companies. We are looking for a creative, collaborative individual who is excited to be the voice of the customer as we develop new products and companies. At Redesign Health, Product Strategy covers the disciplines of Product Management, Product Marketing, and General Start-up Strategy.
You will uncover insights from user research and industry sources, contribute to the go-to-market approach, drive cross-functional product management support, and lead concept strategy sprints to help develop a comprehensive product strategy for all of the new operating companies funded by Redesign Health. You will do this by leading a cross-functional team that works to advance each of these new concepts. You will gain broad exposure to a variety of business models and work with leading innovators, thought leaders, and founders in the digital health space. Members of this team get the opportunity to launch around five new digital health start-up ventures over the course of a full year. This role will be fully remote reporting to the VP of Product Strategy at Redesign Health.
What you’ll do
- Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize solutions to best address opportunities in the healthcare industry
- Analyze and synthesize key research insights to perform competitive and user/buyer marketing analysis.
- Lead Product Management efforts for User Persona Definition, Jobs-To-Be-Done analysis and MVP Scope Definition.
- Carry out Product Marketing-related domain work, such as Value Prop Development and Go-To-Market Strategy.
What you’ll need:
- You have 4 years of experience in product management (with emphasis in product marketing or general strategy).
- You have 2 years of product management experience specifically in the digital health space with deep exposure to the healthcare industry.
- You have speciality experience within at least one of these high interest product segments: AI/ML, Enterprise SaaS platforms, or Interoperability.
