Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless operations even in the absence of the Director. Foster a safe and nurturing work environment that underpins the delivery of exemplary resident care. Cultivate a culture where highly engaged team members can excel in resident care and professional growth. Guarantee the highest quality resident care by providing supervision and guidance to Nursing Personnel. Act as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management. Make informed decisions to resolve nursing and unit-related issues. Lead and oversee weekly wound rounds. Participate actively in facility surveys. Foster effective communication with staff, physicians, and residents' families.

Qualifications

Hold a valid RN license in Florida, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. A background in long-term care is essential. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per year
