Redhorse Corporation is building a team to provide onsite technical expertise, knowledge, and support to the Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Directorate. This effort supports the deployment of the Joint AI Test Infrastructure Capability (JATIC) program of record, which is an interoperable set of state-of-the-art software capabilities for AI Test & Evaluation. JATIC aims to provide a comprehensive suite of integrated testing tools which can be deployed widely across the enterprise to address key T&E gaps. In particular, JATIC capabilities will support the assessment of AI system performance, cybersecurity, adversarial resilience, and explainability - enabling the end-user to more effectively execute their mission.
Redhorse Corporation is currently seeking a Scrum Master. The place of performance for this work is at CDAO’s Falls Church, VA and Arlington, VA locations, with the possibility of up to 10% travel. Telework eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
· Coach the team on Scrum principles and best practices.
· Lead daily stand-up meetings, reviews, demos, and other project-related meetings.
· Facilitate open discussion and conflict resolution.
· Proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Update activities in a project management tracking tool.
· Embed an Agile culture using techniques from a wide range of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.
· Help to create an open and trust-based environment, which enables a focus on delivery and facilitates continuous improvement.
· Apply best tools and techniques to team roles, behaviors, structure and culture, Agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer and sharing, program management, cross-team coordination, and overall governance of digital service delivery.
· Deep familiarity with agile lifecycle management tool (e.g., Gitlab, Jira).
· Deep familiarity with agile software development.
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials include:
· US citizen.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org.
· Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certified.
· 8 years of professional experience.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
