Product Owner
As part of the Product Leadership Team, the Product Owner will own the development of the product strategy and vision for our SAAS tools that supports external clients. You will work in an Agile development environment to build technology that is changing the way the Commercial Real Estate Industry does business through data insights and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.
- When needed, translate strategic differentiators into product requirements, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams.
- Projects features and functionality needed over the next 3-5 years.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and Owners for a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
- Leverages analytical techniques and research to understand market and stakeholders.
- Works to realize ROI for projects/products undertaken.
- Creates financially viable business case-driven decisions and roadmaps.
- Leverages metrics to drive behaviors, both of the team and of customers.
- Proven ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs by using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful:
- 2-5 yrs of significant hands-on and/or relevant experience
- Retains the pulse of domain or business area by remaining connected to various stakeholder groups.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment and has a clear understanding of its principles.
- Attended and/or is certified under one or more Agile practices.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs conversations.
- Experienced in the end to end execution and delivery of entire product lines.
- Articulate product vision and customer expectations through Agile artifacts (like user stories, features, and releases).
- Perpetually grooms the backlog, adjusting based on market climate and customer demand.
- Participation in all Agile/Scrum events.
