Office Administrator
Qualified candidate will handle general office tasks, accounting and data entry. Must possess excellent customer service skills, a positive phone demeanor, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently. Strong QuickBooks knowledge is a must. Construction or trade experience is a plus.
Experience:
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Financial experience, paying company bills and running payroll
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
