Position Overview:
Redline Recreational Toys is seeking a skilled and experienced RV/ Powersport Mechanic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recreational vehicles and possess the technical expertise to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. As an RV/ Powersport Mechanic Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall quality of our customers' recreational vehicles, trailers, and outdoor equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of recreational vehicles, trailers, and outdoor equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with RV systems, engines, electrical components, and appliances.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the performance and functionality of recreational vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on vehicles and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repair jobs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in RV technology, powersports, and new repair techniques through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in powersports, automotive mechanics, RV repair, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an RV technician, mechanic, or similar role, with a strong understanding of RV systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in recreational vehicles.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialty RV repair tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
