Our Performance Optimization Advisory team is seeking a talented and initiative-taking professional with a firsthand background in accounting, finance, HR, and payroll processing. The position will serve an instrumental role on performance optimization consulting engagements by partnering with clients to assess current processes and design optimal future state processes.
This role will work closely with the Performance Optimization Advisory Services leader to develop and assist in growing our services in a variety of industries including Nonprofit, Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, and Technology.

Responsibilities
- Support Performance Optimization Advisory Services client engagements with a focus on accounting and HR/Payroll process improvements
- Partner with clients to document business requirements and current pain points, and to design optimal future state processes
- Develop road maps or project plans to support implementation of process optimization projects
- Provide project and change management support to clients
- Provide ad hoc support to our Accounting and Payroll Client Services Group (as engagements allows and needs arise)
- Assist with documenting our service offerings for external use as we grow and evolve
- Participate in business development networking events
What you will need to be successful:
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
- A minimum of ten years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or HR/payroll processing roles
- Experience working with accounting and payroll systems
- Knowledge of a broad range of common accounting and payroll process pain points
- Project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with all levels of accounting, HR, and payroll teams
- Bachelor's degree
