Scope of Role
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, with a dotted line to plant Leadership, this role provides financial support and influential guidance as a member of the North Sioux City (NSC) site management team. This role helps drive the delivery of accurate accounting, inventory management, financial controls, site governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the NSC operation.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional integration of Finance and Operations. This role requires high agility and outstanding communications skills and will be located at our North Sioux City, SD manufacturing facility.
Principal Accountabilities
Accounting & Controls
Assist with new technologies and processes to help design and implement controls for inventory and plant operations
Ensure and provide accurate inventory reporting metrics at the plant and warehouse
Ensure effective inventory cycle and quarterly physical counts are conducted as required
Develop cost of manufacturing standard costs for products
Monitoring and accounting for capital spending as we continue to rapidly invest in the plant
Assisting the plant with month and year end closing responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
Providing daily, weekly and month end operations financial reporting
Partner with plant management to create, enhance, and drive visibility into their respective areas by leveraging systems and data
Provide planning and analysis to understand future trends and impact on the business
Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
