Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide support for individuals with special needs or disabilities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of childcare, senior care, or hospice care is a plus
- Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
