Job Summary:

· Our dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses

· The dishwasher will need to prioritize loads and different types of kitchenware, handwashing dishes, loading the dishwasher, and placing dishes to dry

Responsibilities:

· Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine

· Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes

· Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine

· Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly

· Empty trash containers regularly

· Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed

· Clean food prep stations and equipment

· Perform additional cleaning duties and requested

Requirements:

· 1 years of previous experience preferred but not required

· Night, weekend, and holiday availability

· May at times have to lift 50 pounds

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk carrying items

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
