Position Description:
As (Administrative Assistant, Oracle Partner Network (OPN)) within the Platform Services sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a central data repository to track 3 main areas of collaboration with Oracle:

Responsibilities:
Contractual:
Work with Redwood Group Vice President (GVP), Oracle Sales Channel to develop Oracle Partner Network (OPN) calendar of events and key date(s) repository for the following agreements:
- Oracle Cloud Services Agreement
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) Ordering Document
- OTM Managed Services environment:
- OTM Demo environment agreement
- Oracle Re-Seller agreements
Relationship:
Develop a ‘Calendar of Events’ to manage the relationships and cadence with the Oracle / Redwood Sales Teams for purposes of education, Redwood portfolio updates, and Pipeline Review.

Marketing / Events:
- Create a schedule and event task list for participation in the OTM User Conference
- Create a schedule and event task list for participation in the Oracle Modern Business Experience (MBE) Conference 2021
- Coordinate Joint ‘Go to Market’ Campaigns and Events with Redwood and Oracle Marketing Teams
- Coordinate Logistics Webinars with Redwood Marketing
- Coordinate General email blasts for Redwood updates (i.e. Redwood Monthly Newsletter)
Career Development:

- Complete training and certifications for the Redwood TMS solutions (Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Mercury Gate (MG) TMS Solutions
- Complete training and certifications for Redwood Logistics Platform as a Service solutions
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-years’ experience in similar role:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Past Experience with:
- Scheduling appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
