Status: Salaried; Non-Exempt
Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Planning Operations Representative, you will support our Load Planning Team through many different responsibilities in assisting the efficient planning and dispatching of our fleets.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Working closely with Fleet Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Capacity Utilization Planners to effectively plan our trucks
- Building orders taken from customer in our dispatching system
- Communicating with customer from initial order take to final delivery
- Understanding market rates and assist in booking freight to meet capacity needs
- Assist in matching Customer and Ad Hoc loads to available capacity
- Working in alignment with Fleet Management to ensure all loads planned are in compliance with HOS regulations
- Maximizing drivers available HOS through efficient and timely planning
- Keeping proper balance of trucks to loads at terminals. No sitting capacity
- Ensure truck allocation for capacity needs per region
