What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brusher position at Reeb Millwork?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform visual inspection of all material prior to application of base coat
- Using brush, wipe excess stain off door and frame parts to meet color swatch for wood grain product line
- Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
- Ensure quality of stain
- Cleans and maintains all staining apparatus
- Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
- Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company
- Fill in for other associates as required
- Assure proper housekeeping and organization
- Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $17-$22/hr. based on experience
