Position Summary:
We are seeking to hire a talented Brusher 2 in Reeb Finish. We cannot do this without a hardworking team dedicated to doing their best, who strive to go beyond. We value honesty, integrity, and respect for others, and are looking for individuals who possess these qualities.
- Utilize a paintbrush to apply stain and ensure beautiful finishes to doors.
- Perform a visual inspection of all material prior to application of a base coat
- Using a brush, wipe excess stain off door and frame parts to meet color swatch for wood grain product line
- Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
- Ensure quality of stain
- Clean and maintain all staining apparatus
- Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
- Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company
- Fill in for other associates as required
- Assure proper housekeeping and organization in brushing area
- Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications – A qualified candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with painting utilizing brushes (Plus)
- Excellent hand and eye coordination and attention to detail is necessary skills to have!

- Able to add, subtract and multiply into all units of measure using whole numbers
- Able to multi-task effectively and work closely with others on the team.
- Experience in the building materials industry (Plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker.
