Essential Functions:

• Review service tickets when entered for Reeb Finish vs. what is requested in the service request.
• Inspect all Reeb Finish service material after it is produced and ensure a match to all ticket specifications, including the inspection of overall finish and machining quality.
• Checks for irregularities and ensures that final products conform with established tolerance levels for quality and performance.
• Documents all instances of non-conformance and rejected products.
• Communicates inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Serves as liaison to Field Service Coordinators on the status of Reeb Finish orders.
• Coordinate and/or participate in the repair of service material that fails to pass inspection.
• Prepares required inspection reporting through the Field Service Platform.
• Gather information to accurately define problems and access multiple repair scenarios to determine the best solution.
• Requires plant on-site daily presence, with occasional day with Field Service Tech.
• Performs similar functions for Core service material as time permits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Typical Profile (Skills & Abilities)

• Able to read and understand Reeb work orders, instructions and terminology; evaluate material specifications
• Knowledge and understanding of Reeb’s Finish process
• One to three years of relevant millwork production industry or construction experience
• Previous Reeb Field Service experience or Reeb Finish experience preferred
• High School or GED
