Reebelo’s Product Managers collaborate with various areas of the company, including engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. Get to know your team! In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Collaboration is the name of the game. You will work closely with engineers, designers, business leaders, etc. to help design and develop technologies that bring us closer to our mission. You are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, prioritizing, and problem solving. Your typical day may include: - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products. - Understand Reebelo’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry. - Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. - Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction. - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. - Plan, initiate, and manage products and features. - Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. We’d love to have a chat with you if you have: - 4 years product management or related industry experience. - Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals. - Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution. - Worked in a technical environment with a cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, sales, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. Gathered requirements across diverse areas and users, and converted and developed them into a product solution. - Displayed leadership, organizational and execution skills. Delivered technical presentations. Proven communication skills. - Analyze and make decisions based on data. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design. - Enthusiasm and resilience in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
