TITLE : Administrative Assistant : Assist the Office of the County Attorney
DUTIES :
Assist the office of the County Attorney, and including attorney's private civil practice, in maintaining orderly systems for the efficient preparation and prosecution of criminal and civil cases.
Must be willing to file, type reports, accurately and efficiently input data concerning confidential and / or sensitive information, answer office telephone in a courteous manner, accurately take and relay messages as needed and assist in all matters concerning the business of the office.
Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, proficiency in basic email use, Microsoft Word, the use of the written English language, and a desire to perform at one's best, are a must.
