What Can You Expect
- Supervise and coordinate activities of our field personnel, subcontractors, and material vendors
- Provide input to the Project Manager on jobsite issues or conditions and confer with the Operations Manager to ensure production
What You Bring to the Table
- Senior Superintendent with at least 15 years of experience building commercial buildings.
- Must have experience building schedules, coordinating 20-30 subcontractors at a time, OSHA 30 Hour,
provide constructability solutions and has participated in project interviews/ presentations. - Strong Team Player
- Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
