Referral Staffing Solutions has partnered with a respected naturopathic practitioner in Onalaska, WI, and were excited to offer a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Naturally Minded Office Assistant.

Naturally Minded Office Assistant Position Overview :
Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week. Enjoy a shorter day once a week!
Monday-Thursday : 9 AM 6 PM
Friday : 9 AM 4 PM
Wage : $18 - 20 / per hour
Location : Onalaska, WI
Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding client service and manage appointment scheduling.
Handle client check-in / check-out and assist with payment processing.
Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
Engage in ongoing learning about our services and the benefits of natural wellness.
