What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew position at Refined Gardens?

Responsibilities and Duties
- Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
- Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
- Planting and maintaining flower beds
- Planting Winter/Summer lawn
- Pulling weeds
- Applying mulch
- Picking up trash or debris
- Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Digging trenches and holes (Rare)
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills
- Previous landscaping experience preferred but is not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors, full range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to lift up to 40 lbs. safely and without assistance.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
