Refresh Cabinets, LLC is currently seeking a Cabinet Frame/Spray Technician to assist in various types of kitchen and bath remodeling projects for residential clients.

What you will be doing
In this position you will be working with a team of installation specialists to refinish the in-home portion of the cabinet remodeling project. This typically requires sanding/smoothing the existing cabinet frame (in-house) and assisting with the final spray-out of the matching cabinet color/stain being applied.
Essential Duties and Requirements
- Ability to work in a team setting, to follow directions, and to get alone with other team members.
- Must be capable of wearing a suitable face mask rated for the duties being required.
- Taping, masking-off with plastic film and other designated materials.
- Use of basic carpentry tools and measuring devices needed to perform job.
- Capable of using a ladder and is familiar with standard safety requirements for use.
- Removal of debris and clean-up and sanitization of workspace once work completed.
- Occasional contact with Customers to ensure quality and workmanship meet their satisfaction.
- Meet schedules and deadlines on time, every time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Own transportation to - from work.
- Carpentry/Construction experience – 1-year minimum experience, preferred – not required.
Experience and Training
- Familiar with current cabinet installation techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, saws, and power tools correctly and safely.
- Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
- Knowledge and use of spray paint techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
