We seek Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a full-time position at our Portage, MI location with the option of working in the Kalamazoo location.

The clinical staff at CFPS serves a variety of concerns through individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Psychological evaluations and testing services are available.

We seek Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a full-time position at our Portage, MI location with the option of working in the Kalamazoo location.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

- 401k with employer contribution
- Additional advantages include longevity bonuses, student loan paydown plans, EAP services, and professional development/CEUs.
- A CARF accreditation score.
- Must be fully licensed
- Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or related counseling field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- 25 clients weekly
- Some evening sessions and Saturday appointments are expected.
- Must be willing to have a caseload of children and adolescents under the age of 17
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations.
- Experience with children or adolescents.
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills.
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinician.
- Able to build rapport with clients quickly.
