Responsibilities

• Your main job will be to clean properties for RefreshCo's short-term rental and residential customers. This includes regular cleaning and deep cleaning tasks.
• You'll work alongside a cleaning team lead who will guide you. Your role will be to help the team lead, make sure the properties are clean and meet the customers' expectations.
• To make sure you know how to clean each area properly, you'll receive training from RefreshCo and your team lead. They will teach you the different cleaning methods, and the cleaning pro will assign you specific tasks to practice what you've learned.
• At the beginning and end of each workday, you'll be responsible for packing and replenishing cleaning supplies. You'll find the supplies in the RefreshCo supply closet.
• It's important that you understand how the RefreshCo Cleaning System works and how the company operates. This will help you do your job well and make sure every cleaning task is successful.
• Together with the rest of the team, it's your responsibility to keep the RefreshCo supply closet clean and organized by the end of each day.
• You will be asked to provide transportation to and from RefreshCo job sites with the team. Don't worry, you'll be reimbursed for the fuel expenses.
• You will also be responsible for handling laundry services using the RefreshCo laundry system. This involves transporting, sorting, treating stains, washing, and folding laundry.

Qualifications

• A strong love for learning and a desire to keep learning new things in the cleaning industry and other areas.
• Great communication and people skills that allow for effective teamwork with colleagues and clients.
• An eye for detail and a strong dedication to providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is a MUST.
• Reliable transportation. Having an SUV is a big advantage.
• A smartphone.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
